Hidden Gazebo offers a three-hour, seven-course set menu featuring classic Egyptian ingredients like lentils, chickpeas, fava beans, and other legumes; proteins like braised lamb; and microgreens and flower garnishes from Bishay’s garden. What better way to introduce her homeland’s food to friends and neighbors than by taking the bounty of leaves in her own yard and teaching a few classes on how to make dolmas themselves? Her family comes from Cairo, Egypt, where stuffed grape leaves (dolmas) are a common dish in traditional cuisine. Fast service is something guests appreciate here.

My favorite thing on this menu is the omelet, which I usually order with spinach and mushrooms. The below menu is from 2019 but it seldom changes, so you are likely to find the same items whenever you go. The restaurant is not open for dinner, but you can get breakfast or lunch any time they are open.
